It's all about the taste.
Scotch Lamb
Scotch Lamb takes its sweet flavour from the heather hills and grasslands of lowland Scottish farms where it roams free.
Tender and tasty, Scotch Lamb tastes like no other because of the unique environment from where it comes.
There are many ways to compliment your Lamb and they are all simple to do.
Use great combinations to make the Lamb really stand out. Slivers of garlic, sprigs of rosemary can be pushed into cuts in the meat. Try grating a lemon rind, root ginger and mint into a paste and then place in your prepared cuts in the meat. Serve with mint sauce or red wine sauce for a beautiful dish.
Flavoured butters work well with lamb steaks and chops. Make simply by softening some butter with the rind of a lemon or for added zing add some chilli. There are other recipes to look out for in our recipe section.
Scotch Beef
The
specialist breeds of livestock that produce Scotch Beef
are specifically selected for the flavoursome meat they
provide.
Classic beef dishes include beef with horseradish, steak
and ale pie, and peppered beef steak with mashed potatoes.
These favourites have been around for generations.
Get hot under the collar with a chilli number. Mix natural
yoghurt, tomatoes and chilli and serve with your beef,
or mix natural yogurt and blue cheese with some chopped
spring onion. Stout and ales work particularly well in
sauces and gravies for beef, add a splash of madeira
when pan frying to deglaze the pan for a perfect jus.

section.
